Abstract:
In the historical process of endemic disease prevention and control in China, significant achievements have been made by implementing a series of prevention and control plans and action plans. This article highlights the historical process and the main achievements of endemic disease prevention and control. At the same time, it elaborates on the significance of formulating plans for prevention and control of endemic diseases during the "15th Five-Year" Plan period for building a community of common health for mankind, as well as the ideas and requirements for the preparation of the plans.
