Abstract:
Objective:To investigate status of postoperative resumption of work of patients with occupational hand injury and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 110 patients with occupational hand injury who received treatment in The First People's Hospital of Yongkang in Zhejiang Province from September 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. The general data and disease-related data of the patients were collected through questionnaires. The investigation was conducted according to Hand Injury Severity Scoring (HISS) System, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) , Family Care Scale (APGAR) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) . A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed, and 100 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results:Among the 100 patients, 64 patients returned to work within 3 months after discharge, and 36 patients did not return to work. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the injury site, work type, the effect of post-injury on the total family income, the severity of hand injury, the level of psychological resilience and social support were the influencing factors for occupational hand injury patients who did not return to work after injury ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Patients with occupational hand injury have a high rate of not returning to work.Those who did not return to work are mainly affected by the injured part, the impact of post-injury on the total family income, the severity of hand trauma, the level of psychological resilience, and social supports.
