Abstract:
Objective:To explore the status and influencing factors of postoperative comfort in patients with ovarian cysts after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:From May 2019 to May 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 78 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Nantong First People's Hospital as the research object. The patients were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire, General Comfort Questionnaire (GCQ) , Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) , and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) .Results:Among 78 patients, there were 48 cases with good comfort (≥84) and 30 cases with poor comfort (<84) . Binomial Logistic regression analysis showed that the subcostal pain, abdominal distension, depression, anxiety and incision pain were the influencing factors of postoperative comfort in ovarian cysts patients. Conclusions:Subcostal pain, abdominal distension, depression, anxiety and incision pain are the influencing factors of postoperative comfort in ovarian cysts patients. It is necessary to perform targeted comfort nursing based on the above factors to improve the patient's postoperative comfort.
