Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of check-in supervision management based on WeChat platform in home-based rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 128 stroke patients who were admitted to Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method. During the follow-up period, a total of 8 cases in the two groups dropped out and 61 cases in the observation group and 59 cases in the control group were finally included. The patients in the control group were given routine continuous nursing intervention, while the observation group was given check-in supervision management based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of intervention, the self-management ability and rehabilitation exercise compliance of the two groups were compared. Results:After 6 months of intervention, the scores of each dimension of Stroke Self-management Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The check-in supervision management based on WeChat platform can help improve the self-management ability of rehabilitation exercise and the compliance of rehabilitation exercise in stroke patients.
