Abstract:
Objective:To construct a risk assessment scale for perinatal venous thromboembolism (VTE) , so as to provide the basis for the early warning and control system of VTE in perinatal period. Methods:From March to May 2020, a total of 23 influential senior clinical experts in the field of obstetrics and vascular surgery were selected as the subjects of the inquiry. Through literature review and Delphi expert consultation, the items of the scoring table were preliminarily determined, and the weights and assignments of the indicators were determined through the analytic hierarchy process. Results:The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were respectively 0.867 5 and 0.887 5, and the positive coefficients were both 100%. Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were respectively 0.180 and 0.354 ( P<0.05) . Finally, a perinatal VTE risk assessment item was formed, including 5 first-level items, 19 second-level items and 38 third-level items. The results of the analytic hierarchy process showed that the CR or CI values of each matrix of three-level items were all less than 0.1, which met requirements of the consistency test. Conclusions:The authority, enthusiasm, concentration and coordination degree of the consulting experts are relatively high, and the constructed risk assessment scale for perinatal VTE can be used for reference.
