Abstract:
Hypoxic environment at high-altitude significantly affects the cardiovascular system to a certain extent,leading to alterations in drug metabolism in vivo.Pharmacokinetic parameters,expression and function of drug metabolism enzymes and transporters can all be affected.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the effects of high-altitude hypoxia on the cardiovascular drugs metabolism,discusses changes in pharmacokinetics,drug metabolism enzymes and transporters under high-altitude hypoxia conditions,aiming to provide relevant theoretical support for the study of drug metabolism under high altitude hypoxia conditions.
