Abstract:
The research on career resilience originates from the field of psychology and emerged relatively late and the research needs to be carried out in combination with specific fields and research objects.Clinical nurses account for a relatively high proportion of the front-line clinical staff in hospitals, and their working status plays a vital role in the overall operation of the hospital.This paper reviews the concept of career resilience, evaluation tools, influencing factors and intervention methods of career resilience of clinical nurses, in order to help nursing managers to improve the career resilience of Chinese clinical nurses, enhance their ability to cope with occupational adversity and promote the good development of their career.
