Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management.Methods:A total of 105 nurses from the Operating Room of Beijing Anzhen Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into 6 quality control groups. All-round and full-process control was carried out for the Operating Room nursing process and evaluation system of Operating Room nursing quality was formulated. The occurrence of nursing adverse events and quality of nursing before and after implementing quality control were compared.Results:After the implementation of quality control group management mode, the incidence of pressure injury and unplanned extubation were all lower than those before implementation of quality control, and quality score of nursing work in the Operating Room was higher than that before quality control. The differences were all statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The implementation of quality control group management in the management of the Operating Room nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the nursing process and improve the quality of nursing.
