Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application value of Snyder's hope theory combined with out of hospital mobile platform in patients with liver neoplasms after surgery. Methods:A total of 84 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent hepatectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects by the convenient sampling method. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education and regular follow-up while the observation group was given Snyder's hope theory combined with mobile platform for follow-up intervention. Before and after intervention, Herth Hope Index (HHI) scale, Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) scale and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Hepatobiliary (FACT-Hep) were used to compare intervention effects between two groups. Results:After 3 months of intervention, the total score of HHI (39.74±2.66) , ESCA (140.05±6.35) and FACT-hep (153.57±9.61) in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=11.228, 15.925, 5.492; P<0.05) . Conclusions:Snyder's hope theory combined with mobile platform can improve the hope level, self-care ability and quality of life of patients with liver neoplasms.
