Abstract:
Objective:To explores the effect of micro-class health education combined with relaxation-induced exercise on negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation. Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted and treated in Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divide divided into the experimental group (30 cases) and the and the conventional group (30 cases) . Patients in the conventional group were given routine nursing such as mental health education and nursing while patients in the experimental group were given micro-class health education combined with relaxation-induced exercise therapy on basis of routine nursing. Anxiety and depression levels, sleep status and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The sleep time, sleep efficiency and score of sleep quality in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:On the basis of micro-class health education, assisted relaxation-induced exercise can improve the negative emotions of patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation and improve the sleep status of patients, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
