Abstract:
Allergic diseases are non-infectious diseases that can affect multiple systems and require early diagnosis, early treatment and standardized management.Anaphylaxis is a systemic allergic syndrome, which is one of the most critical conditions among allergic diseases.Insufficient first-line treatment can increase the risk of poor prognosis.Anaphylactic reactions can occur repeatedly without specialist long-term management, which seriously affecting the quality of life in children and their families. This review intended to explore the long-term management of anaphylaxis in children under the background of hierarchical policy, aiming to quickly identify anaphylaxis “first diagnosis in community grass-root units” so as to implement rapid treatment to prevent the disease from worsening and reduce the fatality rate, and through “dual referral”,“divide-and-conquer management”,and “vertical linkage” aiming to prevent and avoid the recurrence of anaphylaxis.
