Abstract:
The incidence of placenta accreta spectrum disorders is increasing,which is becoming a global issue impacting maternal and neonatal health.In order to better manage placenta accreta spectrum disorders,according to the latest international guidelines and evidence-based data,we have made a detailed summary to its clinical diagnostic criteria,early identification of high-risk groups,prenatal screening and diagnosis,imaging char-acteristics of ultrasound and MRI,timing of delivery and surgical management.The aim is to standardize the early diagnosis and management of placenta accreta spectrum disorders at an early stage and reduce maternal and fetal complications finally.
