Abstract:
Acute myocardial infarction has the characteristics of rapid progression,dangerous condition,unstable hemodynamics,and is prone to thrombosis,resulting in a high clinical mortality rate.Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP)has the function of increasing intra-aortic diastolic pressure,reducing left ventricular afterload,and enhancing coronary artery blood supply.It is a common auxiliary and transitional treatment method for coronary intervention,which can significantly improve the safety and clinical efficacy of coronary intervention.Therefore,it is widely used in high-risk and complex coronary heart disease,mainly acute myocardial infarction.This article reviews the research progress on the application effect and thrombosis management of IABP in acute myocardial infarction in recent years.
