Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application and development of doctor-nurse integrated mode in domestic nursing work from a point of bibliometric view, so as to provide a reference for future research. Methods Articles about doctor-nurse integration mode in nursing work published between 2011 to 2016 were retrieved from CJFD, WanFang Data and VIP databases, and were analyzed systematically by bibliometric method.Results A total of 201 effective articles were included and the number of the literatures was on the rise as a whole in recent years. The articles were published in 104 journals written by authors from 27 provinces and municipalities. Most articles focused on establishment of doctor-nurse integrated mode and its application in branches of nursing. And only 43 articles were supported by funds.Conclusions Doctor-nurse integrated mode research in China has developed rapidly in recent years. However, research scope and depth should be strengthened. Hospital managers should pay attention to application of doctor-nurse integrated mode and improve the regulations and processes, establish an effective communication system between doctors and nurses so as to promote the full implementation of the nurse-physician collaboration.
