Abstract: Taurodontism is a rare clinical variation of tooth structure and is most commonly found in permanent molars.The mandibular premolars of taurodontism case is less reported.A case of mandibular second premolar of taurodontism with C-shaped root canal treated by root canal therapy is reported in the present paper,5 year follow-up showed a good prognosis.
