Abstract:
G-protein signaling modulator 2(GPSM2)is a negative regulator of G protein coupled receptor signaling pathway,which plays an important role in cell growth.In recent years,it has been found that GPSM2 is abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors and is related to many clinical symptoms of tumors.Based on the struc-ture and function of GPSM2,this paper discusses its role and mechanism in tumor development,so as to identify new targets for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
