Abstract:
The formation and development of carotid atherosclerotic plaques is one of the main causes of ischemic stroke. Through imaging techniques, it is possible to more accurately evaluate the characteristics of carotid plaques, especially carotid vulnerable plaques, so as to further analyze their impact on the risk of ischemic stroke onset or recurrence, and better guide the prevention of ischemic stroke.
