Abstract:
In recent years，the survival rate of premature infants has been continuously improving，and the developmental issues of premature infants have also received increasing attention.The neurodevelopment of premature infants has emerged as a key area of scientific inquiry due to its complexity.Nervous system development is susceptible to a variety of factors，and the involvement of nervous system may result in poor long-term prognosis.This article compiles insights from domestic and international research conducted over recent years，summarizing the current state of neurodevelopment in premature infants and the common factors that influence it，such as gestational age，birth weight，hypoxic-ischemic conditions，infections，nutrition，gastrointestinal microbiota，premature infant-related diseases，early interventions，and pregnancy-related factors，aiming to provide crucial references for clinical assessments and offer a framework for identifying more effective intervention strategies to foster the healthy neurodevelopment of premature infants.
