Abstract: The introduction of tyrosine kinase inhibitor（TKI）into the treatment of pediatric chronic myelogenous leukemia（CML）has led to treatment mode changes and significant improvements in prognosis.However，the potential adverse effects associated with long-term TKI therapy in pediatric CML patients merit close attention.Recent domestic and international studies have noted that TKI therapy may impede growth and development in children.This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism，clinical research findings，improvement methods，and monitoring indicators of growth disorder in children with CML caused by TKI.
