Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Kangfu gel on the treatment of chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection.Methods Totally 105 chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection were treated with Kangfu gel,and the score of the clinical symptoms and signs,the change of the pathogenic microbes of the cervix and the clinical efficiency before and after the treatment were compared.Results The score of the clinical symptoms and signs significnatly decreased after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The negative conversion rates of HPV,BV,UU and CT after treatment was 60％,63.6％,42.1％ and 50.0％.The total effective rate was 82.9％.Conclusion Kangfu gel can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection,and inhibit or kill HPV and other pathogenic microbes of the cervix.
