Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of preventive care mode in prevention of pressure ulcer in elderly spinal fracture patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with spinal fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given nutritional prescription.The incidence of pressure sores of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The preventive nursing mode in the treatment of elderly spinal fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores in patients.
