- Abstract: Objective To explore the values of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of patients with early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound,and the experimental group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.Results In the detection of pelvic effusion,mass,germ,pregnancy sac,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Both transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound have advantages and disadvantages.The combination of the two methods can obviously increase the positive rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
