Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect of arthroscopic hollow screw reset and modified 10# Ethicon silk thread internal fixation on treatment of patients with tibial eminence fracture.Methods A total of 21 patients with tibial eminence fracture were selected and randomly divided into the arthroscopic hollow screw reset fixation group (n =11) and modified 10# Ethicon silk suture fixation group (n =10).The operation time,fracture healing time,knee joint mobility,complications,Lysholm knee score were observed between the two groups.Results In the modified 10# Ethicon silk suture fixation group,the operation time was significantly higher than the arthroscopic hollow screw fixation group (P ＜ 0.05),and there were no significant differences in the amount of bleeding,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,knee flexion and extension activity,Lysholm knee score and complications between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic hollow screw reset and modified 10# Ethicon silk thread internal fixation are good methods for the treatment of patients with tibial eminence fracture.
