Comparative of Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation and Modiifed Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

Abstract: Random 40 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group underwent arthroscopic, minimal y invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO), the control group treated by modified plate fixation. Patients in the treatment group got short average hospitalization time, the total effective rate was 95%, total effective rate of the control group was 75%, there was significant difference. MIPPO in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has good curative effect, less adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
