Abstract: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with lesions first occurring in hair follicle. Lack of curative therapy and the recurrent nature makes HS treatment challenging. We report a rare case of the successful use of botulinum toxin A for axillary HS.
