Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of CT combined MRI in the diagnosis and evaluation of spinal tuberculosis.Methods Totally 29 patients with spinal tuberculosis were conducted with X-ray,CT and MRI respectively,and the results were compared.Results The diagnostic conformance rates of X-ray,CT and MRI were 41.8％,55.2％ and 100％,respectively.Range of lesions of the vertebral tuberculosis detected by X-ray,CT,and MRI were (29.6 ± 3.2) ％,(51.7 ± 6.2) ％ and (87.9 ± 4.1) ％,and there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion MRI image is the most effective method in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis,CT examination is superior to X-rays.
