Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of licorice oil combined with eczema ointment in the treatment and prevention of infant eczema and summarize the corresponding nursing experience.Methods A total of 300 children with eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 150 cases in each group.All the children were treated with licorice oil and eczema ointment.Routine nursing was given in the control group,and daily nursing intervention was strengthened in the observation group.The safety of licorice oil combined with eczema ointment in the treatment of infant eczema was observed,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment with licorice oil combined with eczema ointment and nursing intervention,the observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group (99.3 ％ vs.83.3 ％,P ＜ 0.05).One patient in the control group developed skin allergies.Conclusion The combination of licorice oil and eczema ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of infant eczema,and strengthened routine nursing can promote the prognosis of disease.
