Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of painless gastroscopy.Methods Totally 380 patients were divided into control group (conventional gastroscopy) and observation group,and clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The excellent rate of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was 97.89％,which was significantly higher than 90.53％ in the control group (P ＜0.05).In the observation group,change of cardiac function indexes was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.05％,which was significantly lower than 7.37％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Painless gastroscopy is safe and effective.
