Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of health education pathway in varicose veins patients in lower limb treated by foam sclerotherapy.Methods A total of 150 pa-tients treated by foam sclerotherapy conforming to the criteria for the lower limb varicose veins were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was carried out routine health education while the observation group applied health education pathway for health educa-tion.The mastery of health education knowledge,treatment adherence and nursing job satisfaction were evaluated.Results The mastery of the knowledge and treatment compliance rate were sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Health education pathway can improve the patients compliance,increase patients satisfaction of nursing work,and promote the rehabilitation of lower extremity varicose veins foam.
