Abstract:
As the first-line regimens of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1),antiretroviral drugs are recommended for pregnant women to prevent mother-to-child transmission.Antiretroviral drugs are an important part of the treatment of pregnant women with HIV all over the world.The safety of the three kinds of antiretroviral drugs in pregnant HIV-1-infected women are reviewed in this paper.
