- Abstract: Cutaneous pseudolymphoma (CPL) is a benign skin disorder characterized by the presence of a lymphocyte-rich infiltrate resembling malignant lymphoma. As there are significant differences in management and clinical outcomes, differentiating CPL from true lymphomas is crucial. The diagnostic process involves a comprehensive approach, incorporating clinical examination, histopathological analysis, and when necessary, immunohistochemical staining to distinguish CPL from true lymphomas. Biopsy plays a key role in assessing characteristics of infiltrating lymphocytes and architectural arrangements of cells within dermal layers. Here, we present an unusual case of CPL triggered by a bee sting, outlining its clinical and pathological features.
