- Abstract: Subdiaphragmatic abscess is uncommon in patients who undergo resection for hepatocellular carcinoma. The identification of pathogens and appropriate treatment can be challenging.[1] Herein, we present a case of subdiaphragmatic abscess caused by Cutibacterium modestum.
