Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of BNP and Hcy in the ACS. Methods A total of 107 patients with ACS selected from October 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and considered them as the ACS group, the patients were again divided into AMI group (n=50), UA group (n=57), and selected 55 healthy subjects who come to the hospital for physical examination as the same period as the ACS group patients and considered them as the control group, levels of BNP and Hcy in ACS group and the control group, AMI group and UA group were detected, and analyzed the correlation of two adexes. Results BNP and Hcy levels of ACS group, AMI group and UA group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). BNP levels of AMI group were significantly higher than the UA group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), ACS patients' plasma BNP levels were significantly positively related to Hcy levels (P<0.05). Conclusion The more severity of the disease in patients with ACS, BNP and Hcy levels are also higher, positive correlation between them. Combined detection and treatment of plasma BNP and forecasting, assessment of prognosis in acute coronary syndrome Hcy has important significance.
