Abstract: Standardized clinical assessment and management plans (SCAMPs) are becoming popular as a fast, scientific, feedback based, and modifiable clinical practice execution tool. The authors introduced the background, development overview, the development and implementation process, and application effectiveness of SCAMPs. They also compared the similarities and differences between SCAMPs and clinical practice guidelines, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the application and promotion of SCAMPs in China, for reference of medical quality and safety management.
