- Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) participate in the occurrence and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) mainly through epigenetic modification, mRNA alternative splicing, and binding to microRNAs. This review focuses on recent research progress in regulatory role of lncRNAs in cSCC, and discusses their mechanisms of action, aiming to seek potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for cSCC.
