Abstract:
Objective:To effectively evaluate the performance level of Chinese hospitals and provide scientific evaluation tools.Methods:Based on literature analysis and expert discussion,indicators were selected from the four dimensions of total service,re-source efficiency,quality and safety,and fund efficiency,the evaluation index system of hospital performance was constructed,and the game theory was used to improve the traditional combination weighting model,make it accurately measure the weighting coefficient and establish a performance evaluation model.Results:The performance scores of Chinese hospitals from 2015 to 2021 were 0.320 8 points,0.331 0 points,1.138 8 points,0.375 0 points,0.908 9 points,0.464 7 points,and 0.621 7 points,respectively,which in-creased at first and then decreased.Conclusion:The model can determine the weighting coefficient objectively,and the performance evaluation result accurately reflects the performance level of hospitals in China.
