Abstract: Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus.The miRNA carried by exosomes(Exos)is an important regulator of angiogenesis during wound closure in DFU,playing a crucial role in regulating the progression of DFU.This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of miRNA in Exos in DFU repair.
