- Abstract: Myocardial infarction is a serious cardiovascular disease that can disrupt the myocardial energy metabolism.Sirt3,as an important mitochondrial deacetylase,plays a crucial role in the regulation of energy metabolism after myocardial infarction.This review aims to analyze and summarize the research progress of Sirt3 in the regulation of energy metabolism after myocardial infarction,so as to provide new theoretical and practical basis for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
