- Abstract: A 70-year-old male presenting with a mass in the right inguinal area was treated with surgery, and was diagnosed pathologically as spermatic cord metastasis of pancreatic cancer. He was given systemic chemotherapy. Unfortunately, he died of ascites and cachexia three months later.
