Objective To understand the difference of helpful T lymphocyte subsets in patients diagnosed with bronchiolitis or asthma.Methods There were 34 patients in bronchiolitic group including 20 males and 14 females,the age of the patients was 1-15(6.65?4.22) months.They were confirmed by indirect immunofluorescence of nasopharyngeal secretion and (or) virus IgM antibody detected in plasma.All of the patients were infected with virus,23,4,4,and 3 patients were infected with respiratory syncytial virus,parainfluenza virus,influenza virus and adenovirus,respectively.All patients showed wheeze and small to medium blistering sound to different extend in both lungs,and all patients got fever at various degrees (20 patients blow 38 ℃,12 patients at 38-39 ℃ and 2 patients above 39 ℃).The patients′ capillary white cell counts were relatively normal when they were admitted to the hospital.There were 21 patients in asthmatic group including 12 male and 9 female,the age of the patients was 3-13 (8.05?2.85) years.Blood cells of 34 patients with bronchiolitis and 21 patients with asthma were collected by flow cytometry,and their peripheral T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed.The percentages of CD4+ cells secreting IFN-? or IL-4 were counted.They represented the percentage of helpful T lymphocyte Th1 and Th2,respectively.Results The percentage of CD4 positive cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were significantly higher in the bronchiolitic group than that in the asthmatic group (Pa=0.002).There was no significant difference of the percentage of Th1 cells between 2 groups.The percentage of Th2 cells in the bronchiolitic group,however,was significantly lower than that of the asthmatic group (P=0).Thus the Th1/Th2 ratio was significantly higher in the bronchiolitic group (P=0.031).Conclusions Compared with asthmatic patients,the patients with bronchiolitis show relative Th1 predominant response.Therefore,the treatment strategy should be different for these 2 diseases.

Objective To study the effects of Alprosladil and Glutathione therapy on patients with drug-induced acute renal damage. Methods 108 patients with drug-induced acute renal damage were divided into three groups at random. The patients in gruoup A (n=36) received 10?g Alprosladil injection once a day, the patients in group B (n=42) received both 10?g alprosladi and 1200mg glutathione injection once a day additionally, and the patients in group C (n=30) received 10mg dpamine injection once a day. The course of treatment of the three groups was 2～4 weeks. Results The effective rates for acute renal failure in groups A, B and C were 85 7%, 96% and 61% respectively. The effective rates for proteinuria, hematuria, N-acetyl-?-glucosaminidase(NAG)and retinol-binding protein(RBP) in urine were 70%, 78%, 76% and 80% in group A, 85%, 90%, 90% and 90% in group B, and 50%, 50%, 42% and 58% in group C respectively, which had significant difference among the three groups (P

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of amended concave position in gynecological laparoscopy surgery.Methods: Eighty ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients with gynecological laparoscopy surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in group A were adopted Trendelenburg position; the patients in group B were adopted amended concave position. The Ppeak and PETCO2 in the two groups were recorded during surgery, the time of extubation and the adverse effects as nausea, vomiting, shivering was recorded after surgery.Results: The Ppeak and PETCO2 of group A were higher than that of group B(t=2.526,t=2.838, t=2.881;P<0.05). The time of extubation of group A were higher than that of group B after surgery(t=2.515,t=2.436;P<0.05).Conclusion: Adopting amended concave position can reduce Ppeak and PETCO2 in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and it is helpful for postoperative recovery of the patients with gynecological laparoscopy surgery.

Objective: To understand the effects of remuneration incentive and their influences on job satis-faction in county public hospital. Methods: Stratified random sampling was adopted. Six county public hospitals in county level in Heilongjiang province were selected as the sample. Exploratory factor analysis was used to ana-lyze the remuneration incentives, descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to ana-lyze the effects and their influences on work satisfaction. Results: remuneration incentives are divided into four dimensions that comprised a total of 16 items, which including direct material rewards, indirect material re-wards, occupational rewards and social rewards. The surgeon’s job satisfaction is higher than the physician, and is lower than the obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics. Technician and nurses’ satisfaction is lower than the general practitioner. The medical staff who worked less than5 years has the lowest satisfaction. Authorized staff’s satisfaction is lower than off-staff. Direct material rewards and occupational rewards are related to job satisfac-tion. Conclusions:Material rewards were in low level, and non-economic incentive was insufficient. The salary incentive for highly educated talents should be strengthened.

Objective To approach the value of combination mode of different CT post-processing technique in diagnosing rib fine fracture.Methods 98 patients suspected with rib fractures underwent multislice spiral CT(MSCT) scanning,and CT features of rib fractures were observed with the combination of three different images:(A)volume rendering(VR),curved planar reformation(CPR) and axial view;(B)maximum intensity projection(MIP),CPR and sxial view;and(C) VR+MIP,CPR and axial view.The results were respectively recorded.Results 265 rib fine fractures were found among 98 patients.The detecting rate of fine fractures with C group was higher than that with A group (χ~2＝6.67,P＜0.01) and B group (χ~2＝6.75,P＜0.01).Conclusion MSCT four step observation method can improve the detecting rate of rib fine fracture,that is of important clinical value.

Objective To investigate the effect of focal cerebral ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on brain edema and the expression of nuclear factor-?B( NF-?B) and its target gene MMP-9. Methods Forty-five SD rats were divided into 3 groups in which control group received sham surgery only, and the other two groups received 2 hours of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) followed by 22 hours of reperfusion with or without 10 minutes of IPC 3 days before. Brain water content, expression of NF-?B and MMP-9 mRNA were evaluated in each group by wet-dry weight method, immunohistochemistry staining and RT-PCR. Objective To evaluate food intolerance sensitivity among 2962 health check-up receivers from the First Hospital of China Medical University.Methods Serum samples of 2962 adults were collected from January 2008 to June 2010.Serum allergen-specific IgG antibodies of 14 kinds of food were detected by ELISA.The data were analyzed by using One-way analysis of variance.Results In this study,the rate of food intolerance was 0.4%(mushrooms) to 38.0%(eggs).Higher rates of food intolerance were found in egg,crab,shrimp,milk,and cod fish(Eggs 32.5%,crabs 26.0%,shrimps 19.8%,milk 13.8%,and cod fish 12.0% respectively).However,wheat,pork,and mushroom showed relatively lower rates of food intolerance(Wheat 0.8%,pork 0.4%,and mushrooms1.4% respectively).Positive reaction to food intolerance was even stronger in women(9.4% versus 8.2%).Conclusion It is discovered by study that in general population,the diversity of intolerance among different food is associated with 4 factors: gender; age; feature of food; individual diversity.It is recommended that the status of intolerance to food in the general population be investigated by health management.
