Objective To study the pharmacological action and clinical application of flavonoids.MethodsThe pharmacological effects of flavonoids were analyzed, and the related literatures were searched and analyzed.This paper describes the pharmacological action mechanism and clinical application of flavonoids, analyzes its biological activity, combined with the related structure and function, and gives a more detailed description of the study of flavonoids.ResultsAfter analysis, the pharmacological effects of flavonoids on human cardiovascular system, digestive system, nervous system, immune system, and so on have a certain impact.The effect of flavonoids on the nervous system is mainly manifested in the analgesic, anti-inhibition and anti-aging.The antibacterial and antiviral effects of flavonoids are mainly antibacterial, antiviral activity and anti HIV activity.Flavonoids have good protective effects on liver injury, such as chemical liver injury, alcoholic liver injury, immunological liver injury, reperfusion liver injury and so on.Flavonoids can inhibit the growth and reproduction of tumor cells, and can promote the expression of tumor suppressor genes and promote the proliferation of tumor cells.The chemical structure of flavonoids is similar to that of estrogen, which is a kind of isoflavone, which has the physiological action of estrogen, and has a certain effect on estrogen.ConclusionThe flavone is extracted from various plants, belonging to the polyphenol compounds, with certain biological activity, were analyzed for the clinical application of its pharmacological action, has many applications of anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immunoregulation and liver protection and analgesic, a variety of biological activity, is widely applied in clinical.
3.Observation of effect and psychological intervention on treating postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmupei and psychological intervention on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods The control group was given hemabate treatment,the study group in the patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage hemabate treatment combined with psychological intervention,treatment records,two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony incidence of adverse reactions,the data input SPSS software for statistical analysis. Results The clinical total efficiency in study group was 93.62%.Total effective rate of the control group was 76.60%(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(19.15%)was significantly lower than the control group(38.30%,P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony,the use of psychological intervention for the patient's actual situation is beneficial to achieve more satisfactory treatment effectiveness and safety.
4.Analysis and strategy of information recognition rate improving in PACS centralized printing

Objective To explore the effective approaches in information recognition rate improving for picture archiving and communication system (PACS) centralized printing system.Methods Possible factors that impact information recognition rate wereanalyzed,and then proposed the relevant optimizing solutions respectively by configuring the modality printing parameters and adjusting the radiology information system accession number (RIS ACCESSION NUMBER) matching rules.Results Effectiveness and accuracy were enhanced significantly through testing at Central Printing System by using these approaches.Conclusion These methods improve effectively the film information recognition rate and provide important technical support for digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) centralized printing system.

Objective:In order to achieve the use of community medical care and branch doctor resources, to provide monitoring of remote diagnosis, providing more convenient, safe and efficient medical service for patients and hospital objective. Methods:Multi parameter remote monitoring system design of special model of WIFI wireless technology, including special new WIFI module, wearable multi parameter telemetry monitor, wireless relay box network and medical monitoring software, testing and data transmission of ECG, respiration, blood oxygen using a wireless network, can the patient monitoring in normal life condition. Results:Whenever and wherever possible the electrophysiological data sent to the hospital, the doctor can according to the electrophysiological data of the patient for remote diagnosis and further treatment. The accuracy of the stability, the reliability of the system and the parameters of the tested strictly, data transmission accurate rate reaches more than 98%. Conclusion: The patients and doctors have been received good feedback, clinical trials, has very practical clinical significance.
6.Application of mobile device management system in hospital

Objective:To solve the management problems of using mobile cart, PDA, flat-panel computer and other mobile devices in hospital, promote the evolution of mobile device management to intelligent management. Methods: Select the mobile device management system for hospital use based on their own characteristics.Results: Manage all the mainstream operating system and terminal equipment; manage the hardware and software of mobile terminal and assets in hospital.Conclusion: Improve the management, reduce the maintenance workload, save the cost of operation and maintenance.
7.Difficulties and Countermeasures in Expanding Mobile Field Hospital in Earthquake Relief Mission

Objective To analyze and solve the difficulties in rapidly expanding the mobile field hospital in earthquake relief mission.Methods Aimed at the difficulties in the speed,advance men were sent out before the expansion.Then the personnel were regrouped in the proceeding of the expansion,and the vehicles entered the district according to the predefined area and order.Results The expanding speed was raised.Conclusion The scheme meets the requirements of the first aid in the mobile field hospital.
8.Diffuse Panbronchiolitis and Its Clinical Analysis

OBJECTIVE To highlight the characteristics of diffuse panbronchiolitis(DPB) in community hospital.METHODS One patient with DPB confirmed by clinic was described and relevant literatures were reviewed.RESULTS DPB was a chronic lower respiratory tract disease common in Japanese,rare in China,characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells around bronchioles.Symptoms included cough,expectoration,and dyspnea after exercises.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from sputum in some cases.Some patients had the history and X-ray manifestation of sinusitis.The reason for a high misdiagnosis rate was due to unknown to its clinical findings and its diagnosis standard among doctors in community hospital.Chest high resolution CT(HRCT) could be attributed to the diagnosis of diffuse panbronchiolitis.The early treatment with macrolides was satisfied.CONCLUSIONS The patients with the history of chronic cough,expectoration and sinusitis,should be diagnosed.Long term,low dose macrolide therapy may improve the prognosis through an anti-inflammatory effect.

Results The usage management can improve the capacity of using and maintaining of medical equipments. Conclusion The management method improves field medical treatment ability of field clinics and adapts the usage management of medical equipments in field clinics.
10.Drug Resistance and Pathogens in Critically Ill Patients with Pulmonary Infection

OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogens distribution and their antibiotic resistance in critically ill patients with pulmonary infection.METHODS Totally 171 isolates from sputa were studied and the drug sensitive test was analyzed in 103 critically ill patients.RESULTS These results showed that 29 G+ bacteria strains occupied 17.0%,there were 15 Staphylococcus aureus strains,11 S.epidermidis strains and 3 Enterococcus strains,respectively.In 107 G-bacteria strains occupied 62.6% were composed Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,Acinetobacter baumannii,Burkholderia cepacia and Klebsiella pneumoniae,and 35 strains were fungi,accounted for 20.5%,the main fungi were Candida albicans and C.tropicalis.The result of drug sensitive test showed that there were high rates of multiple drug resistance in most bacteria strains,but there were different drug resistance rates to different antibiotics.CONCLUSIONS G-bacilli play an important role in the pulmonary infections of these critically ill patients,the opportunistic pathogens,such as S.maltophilia are the main G-pathogens,and there are high percentages of drug resistance.The other bacteria such as S.aureus,K.pneumoniae,etc,have a multidrug resistance.Inspecting pathogens and studying the trend of their drug resistance are very important in reducing drug abuse and decreasing the rate of infection in hospital.
