2.Effects of Conductive Education on Children with Cerebral Palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(4):362-364
Objective To explore the effects of conductive education on children with cerebral palsy. Methods 116 children were dividedinto observation group (n=60) and control group (n=56). The observation group received conductive education and the control group receivedcomprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The effects were compared. Results The motor function, performance state and social adaptationin the observation group were better than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Conductive education can facilitatethe recovery of children with cerebral palsy.
3.On Individual Differences in Second Language Acquisition
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Individual differences are very important factors that may greatly affect the process of second language acquisition. The learners differ with each other in first language aptitude, motivation, character and even age, which will directly or indirectly influence the final result of his second language acquisition. The study of this topic is of instructive value for the teacher's teaching activity and will also promote the individual learning practice.
4.The clinical observation and immune adjustment of oxymatrine capsule and acitretin in the treatment of psoriasis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(3):331-333
Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency and immune adjustment of oxymatrine capsule and acitretin in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment (T) and control (C) groups. The T group took orally oxymatrine one capsule (0.2g) three times a day and one acitretin (10 g) two times a day.The C group only took orally one acitretin (10 g) two times a day.The T and C groups were applied the same drug for external use. Moreover, another 40 normal volunteers were set as normal control group. The peripheral blood T cell subset CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + were detected in all the three groups (T,C,and normal) before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was 92.5% in the T group, and 72.5% in the C group with statistical significance (x2 =8.66,P < 0.05).The symptom integral decline index of two groups before and after treatment has statistical significance (t =10.02,P < 0.05).For the peripheral T cell subset CD3 +,CD4+,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + in the T group,a significant difference was found between pretreatment and posttreatment [(57.13 ±8.14)%,(37.62 ±7.97)%,(33.01 ±2.97)%,(1.24 ±0.51)% vs (60.09 ±11.53)%,(43.02±7.67)%,(25.63 ±4.24)%,(1.73 ±0.69)%,t =3.08 ~9.02,P <0.01].However,there was not any statistical significance between pretreatment and posttreatment in the C group (P > 0.05).Conclusions The treatment of common psoriasis combined with oxymatrine capsule and acitretin had a good curative effect and it improved the imbalance of peripheral blood T cell subsets.
5.Postoperative nursing of Moyamoya patients undergoing STA-MTA bypass
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(1):50-51
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing Moyamoya patients undergoing STA-MTA bypass.Method The histories of nursing 14 Moyamoya patients undergoing STA-MTA bypass were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing experience.Result The outcomes of all the 14 patients were good.TCD or DSA showed all the anastomosed arteries were patent, and cerebral perfusion was improved. Conclusion The nursing strategies including careful observation of patients, prevention of cerebral hemorrhage and ischemia and enhanced function exercises is critical for patients’rehabilitation.
6.Effect of Compound Zigui Capsule on Hemorheological Parameters of Castration Rats
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the protecting and therapeutic effect of compound Zigui capsule on climacteric syndrome and the mechanism of the action in rats,so that it may provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment METHODS:The climacteric syndrome model was made by ovariectomy in rats and the effects of compound Zigui capsule on hemorheological parameters were observed RESULTS:Compound Zigui capsule could lower blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity and red cell rigidity index It could also inhibit platelet adhesion CONCLUSION:Compound Zigui capsule has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on rat's climacteric syndrome
7.Preparation and Quality Control of Compound Zigui Capsules
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound Zigui capsules METHODS:The capsules were prepared by taking placenta,Angelicae Sinensis and Peony as main components encapsulated with ?-cyclodextrin The content of paeoniflorin was determined by UV-spectrophotometry The linear range was 2~12?g/ml The average recovery was 99 95%(r=0 9 989)with a RSD of 1 43%(n=5) RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The formulation of compound Zigui capsules are rational, preparation technic being stable and the therapeutic effect on climacteric syndrome is satisfactory The quality control is simple, accurate and repeatable
8.Clinical research of maintenance therapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(9):585-588
The first-line chemotherapy with platinum-based regimens for 4 to 6 cycles is a standard care in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, for patients who got disease stabilization or maximal response after first line chemotherapy, how to choose safe and efficacy anticancer agents to extend first-line treatment and provide a better clinical benefit is deserving of more concerns currently. In this article, the clinical progress of the chemotherapy and molecular targeted agents as maintenance therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC is reviewed.
10.The effect of mouse uterine decidualization on NK cell distribution and maturation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the distribution and regulation of uterine NK cells in mouse uterus during early pregnancy. Methods:Using a unique uNK cell marker,Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA) lectin,to localize NK cells in uterus of normal pregnancy, delayed implantation and artificially induced decidualization. Results:DBA staining is mainly distributed in some vascular endothelial cells during embryo pre-implantation. In D5 of pregnancy after embryo implantation,NK cells were distributed in the stroma of uterine mesometrial pole, with round, immature and small lymphocyte-like cells. During D7 and D8 of pregnancy, the immunostaining results showed that uNK cells were increasingly accumulated in the mesometrial pole of implantation sites, with their morphology changing from small round cells with scattered cytoplasm to large and mature cells with heavy cytoplasmic granules. In the artificially induced decidualization model, the distribution and maturity of NK cells are similar to those of the normal pregnancy in the mouse uteri. Conclusion:The distribution and maturation of uterine NK cells are dependent of uterine decidualization in mouse early pregnancy.
