Objective To investigate the infectious state and drug resistance of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection, so as to instruct the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Haemophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from the pa-tients with respiratory tract infection and performed by K-B methods. Nitrocefin slip test was applied into detecting β-lactamase. Re-sults A total of 45 Hacmophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from 760 specimen, with the isolation rate being 5.92%. Amoxicil-lin/claulanic acid,Azithromycin, Imipenem,Ceftazidime and Cefuroxime had the better antibiotic function and the average drug re-sistance was lower than 5 % ,The β-lactamase positive rate was 37.78 %. Conclusion The high drug resistance and β-lactamase pos-itive rate of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae isolated from respiratory tract characterized by multi-resistance must be taken seriousely.

Herbal drug-induced liver injury is a hot issue in the fi eld of TCM researches.Rapid screening and evaluating of herbal drug-induced liver injury have become one of the key techniques of herbal research.This text carried on the discussion on the research status of it from active,toxic ingredient,toxic mechanism and decreasing toxicity of Chinese herbal drugs.At the same time,the text viewed the application foreground of gene chip technique in the study of it.The current status and methods of it was discussed.In addition,most of the reports adopted in this paper were about studies on crude drugs,and discussion on how to correctly treat herbal drug-induced liver injury.

Objective To investigate the differences in expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1? (HIF-1?) in placental trophoblasts between normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the relationship of HIF-1? expression with magnesium sulfate treatment of PIH. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (SABC) was used to examine the expression of HIF-1? in 20 cases of PIH and 20 cases of normal placenta. Objective To explore the correlation of adipnectin with T2DM and its macrovascular complications. Methods The levels of serum adiponectin, plasma glucose, serum lipids, and fasting insulin were measured in normal subjects, type 2 diabetic patients and type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications. Results (1) The serum adiponectin level was significantly lower in type 2 diabetic patients than in normal subjects, and was the lowest in type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications. (2) Serum adiponetin level was negatively correlated with BMI,HOMA-IR, HbA_1c,TG and fasting insulin level. Conclusions The results suggest that lower serum adiponectin level may be related to macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients.

DND in the gerbil hippocampus was performed by bilateral occlusion of carotid arteries for 20 min followed by reperfusion 2 or 7 days. The contents of Ca~(2+) and MDA in drosal hippocampus were measured after two days reperfusion. Neuronal density in CA1 sector of hippocampus was used as an parameter. Effects of nimodipine and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) on DND in hippocampus were observed after 7 days reperfusion.The results indicated that the levels of Ca~(2+) and MDA were increased significantly. DND in hippocampal CA1 sector was ameliorated by both nimodipine and SOD significantly. It was suggested that Ca~(2+) and Iipid peroxidation play an important role in the development of DND hippocampus after transient forebrain ischemia in gerbils. Calcium Antagonist and free radical scavenger have obvious protective effects on DND in hippocampus.

A qualitative and quantitative analysis of alprazolam in biological samples by TLC scan is described in this paper. The distribution of alprazolam in poisoned rabbits was studied. It is showed that 4 hours after a dose of 21mg/kg, the concentration of the drug in liver, spleen, kidney; lungs, heart,brain, blood,bile and urine of poisoned rabbits were 19. 6 ? 6. 1, 3.31?0. 5, 3. 5? 0. 3, 0. 4? 0.1, 0. 4 ?0. 1, 1. 6 ? 1. 8, 4. 0 ? 1. 3, 20. 4 ? 8.0 and 8. 6 ? 2. 4ug/ml. Alprazolam is not well-distributed in poisoned rabbits. Blood, bile, urine and liver are better samples for analysis of alprazolam poisoning victim.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of mycophenolate mofetil combined with glucocorti-coid in the treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). METHODS:134 cases of refractory ITP were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group. Control group was given Prednison acetate tablet orally,0.5 mg/kg each day,morning and evening. Observation group was additionally given Mycophenolate mofetil dispers-ible tablet,1 g/time,bid. A treatment course lasted for 3 weeks,and both groups received 3-5 courses of treatment. Clinical effica-cy of 2 groups were compared as well as the change of PLT before and after treatment,satisfaction degree of treatment and adverse event. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group (91.04%) was significantly higher than that of control group (74.63%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);PLT of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group 7, 14 and 21 d after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);total satisfactory degree of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (89.55% vs. 80.60%),and the incidence of adverse event was significantly lower than control group(2.99% vs. 10.44%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Mycophenolate mofetil combined with glu-cocorticoid can improve clinical efficacy,PLT and satisfactory degree significantly in the treatment of refractory ITP with good safety.
