This is a review of recent progress in the study on environment sensitive hydrogel based on cyclodextrin and their most recent and relevant applications in the intelligent drug delivery systems. Based on relevant literatures, the development of environment sensitive hydrogel responsive to physical, chemical and biochemical stimuli was introduced, involving their categorization, design principles, mechanism of action and potential application. Various new types of intelligent drug delivery system, which responds to various triggers, could be constructed by using the cyclodextrin-based environment sensitive hydrogel. They made it possible to control the drug release freely. Although these hydrogels are still at their research stage, they have attracted considerable interest in the intelligent drug delivery system.

4.Safety and Immunological Effects of Measles-mumps-rubella Attenuated Live Vaccine in Children

OBJECTIVE:To observe the safety and immunological effects of Measles-mumps-rubella(MMR)attenuated live at-tenuated vaccine in children. METHODS:300 children aged 8-12 months receiving inoculation were selected from Changsha Hospi-tal for Maternal and Child Health Care during Jan. 2015-Apr. 2016 to observe safety and immunological effects. Those children were divided into MMR group,measles vaccine group,mumps vaccine group and rubella vaccine group according to vaccine type, with 75 cases in each group. The occurrence of ADR in 72 h were compared among 4 groups after inoculation;venous blood of chil-dren was collected before vaccination and 5 months after vaccination,and the antibody positive test was carried out by micro coagu-lation inhibition (HI) test;HI antibody titer was recorded after immunization,and positive rate and genometric meantiter(GMT) were calculated. RESULTS:The incidence of ADR in 4 groups were 9.33%,8.00%,8.00% and 10.67%,respectively. No local ADR was found in 4 groups;among systemic ADR,the incidence of fever was higher than that of other clinical manifestations,be-ing 4.00%,4.00%,4.00% and 5.33%;there was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR among 4 groups(P>0.05). Measles,mumps and rubella antibody positive rates of MMR group were 100%,92.00% and 100%,respectively;antibody posi-tive rates of measles vaccine group,mumps vaccine group and rubella vaccine group were 100%,85.33% and 100%,respective-ly;there was no statistical significance in same antibody positive rate among 4 groups(P>0.05). GMT of measles in MMR group and measles vaccine group were 1∶41 and 1∶27,that of mumps in MMR group and mumps vaccine group were 1∶6.3 and 1∶6.2, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05);GMT of rubella in MMR group and rubella vaccine group were 1∶320 and 1∶849, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Compared to traditional single vaccine,MMR dose not increase the inci-dence of ADR and not influence positive rate,but GMT of rubella increases significantly,to which should be paid attention.
5.Progress in the research on tumor drug-resistance mediated by cancer physical microenvironment

Anticancer drugs resistance is often ascribed to gene mutation,amplification or epigenetic changes that affect the uptake,metabolism or export of drugs at the cell level.Tumor physical microenvironment not only influences the drug distribution but also causes difference in cell proliferation rate and hypoxia or acidosis due to its heterogeneity,which could affect the tumor drug resistance.This review discusses the relationship between cancer physical microenvironment and drug resistance and the strategies for enhancement of the chemotherapy sensitivity through modification of the tumor physical microenvironments,as well as foreground of the research.

7.Trial on the teaching model of evidence-based practice of anesthesiology

8.The application of Xpert MTB/RIF assay for rapid diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis

Objectives: To investigate the role of Xpert MTB/RIF assay for rapid diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis.Methods: From February 2014 to November 2014,pus specimens of 49 osteoarticular tuberculosis patients and 32 nontuberculosis patients were detected by Xpert MTB/RIF system,and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,agreement rate of Xpert MTB/RIF system were calculated,and clinical diagnosis was used as the reference standard.All the pus specimens were detected by acid-fast stain and fast culturing(BACTECT MGIT 960),to find the difference of sensitivity and specificity among Xpert MTB/RIF,acid-fast stain,and fast culturing.The role of Xpert MTB/RIF assay for rapid diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis was evaluated through the two factors above.Results: It took 2.3±0.2h to detect each pus specimen by Xpert MTB/RIF.Among the 49 osteoarticular disease patients,46 were positive,3 were negative by Xpert MTB/RIF test.Among the 32 nontuberculosis patients,1 was positive,31 were negative by Xpert MTB/RIF test.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,agreement rate was 93.87%,96.87%,97.87%,91.17%,95.06% respectively for Xpert MTB/RIF assay.Among the 46 specimens which were positive by Xpert MTB/RIF test,10 had rifampicin resistance mutation,with the rate of rifampicin resistance mutation as 21.73%.Among the 49 osteoarticular disease patients,8 were positive,41 were negative by acid-fast stain test,the sensitivity was 17.39%,and based on fast culturing test,11 were positive,38 were negative,the sensitivity was 23.91%.All pus specimens of 32 nontuberculosis patients were negative by acid-fast stain test and fast culturing test.As for the sensitivity,Xpert MTB/RIF was superior to acid-fast stain and fast cultureing (P<0.05).While as for the specificity,there was no statistical difference among Xpert MTB/RIF,acid-fast stain,or fast culturing (P>0.05).Conclusions: The role of Xpert MTB/RIF assay for rapid diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis is perfect.It is of time saving,high sensitivity and high specificity,which is superior to the traditional methods.
9.Assessment of family environment of neurosis patients and the relativity analysis with the relapse

Objective To assess the family environment of neurosis patients and its affect to the prognosis. Methods The gender,knowledge,contact time for each week,yearly income,city/countryside and the factors of FES-CV were compared between the patients" family and normal family and the correction between the relapse and the family factors of the patients were analysed.Results Expressed emotion and intimacy of the patients' family were evidently lower than those of the normal family,but the factor of control the former was higher than that of the latter.Expressed emotion and intimacy were correlative with the relapse.Conclusion Family environment has the important influence on the maintenance and the relapse of the neurosis.
10.Study on preparation of borneol-?-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes in Zhnyu Hewei Zhitong Capsules

Objective:To optimize the preparation of borneol-?-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes in Zhuyu Hewei Zhitong Capsules,and to establish the metered method of borneol in inclusion complexes.Methods:Orthogonal design was used and inclusion complex yield and inclusion rate of berneol were used as evaluation index to optimize the best preparation craft. The chromatographic conditions were:PEG-20M with 10%,3m??3mm of application concentration was used as stationary liquid phase,FID detector was used at 140℃,betula oil was used as internal standard substance and the sample was dissolved in Colonial spirit by ultrasounding.Results:The best preparation craft were:the weigh ratio of borneol and?-CD was 1:6,the ratio of?-CD and moisture addition was 1:10,reaction time was 30min,the temperature was 30℃.A good linearity was obtained when the concentration of borneol was between 0.7146-4.2878mg/ml(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 101.97%,RSD% was 1.77%.Conclusion:Three batches of tests indicated that the preparation of borneol inclusion complexes was stable and feasible. This assay method of borneol was accurate,sensitive and reproducible.
