In this paper, intelligent control of ultrasonic power during the process of thrombus ablation is realized through the combination of BP Neural Network and the expert system of ultrasonic thrombus ablation. One proper real-time power can be output correspondingly to different treatment circumstance according to expert ruler during the process of treatment.

Objective To investigate the interference effect of calcium dobesilate on serum creatinine levels by Sarcosine oxidase-based assay.Methods 1.Interference test in vivo:Ten patients with chronic renal diseases from Huangshi second hosptial were recruited.Serum creatinine (sarcosine oxidase method,Scr1 ; deiminase method,Scr2),urea,and cystatin C were detected and compared before and after one week administration of calcium dobesilate; 2.Interference test in vitro:to detect whether 100 mg/L calcium dobesilate has any interference with Scr1 and Scr2; 3.Dose-dependent interference test:To detect the interference effect of different concentrations of calcium dobesilate (1.25-20.0 mg/L) on different creatinine concentrations (404.5 μmol/L or 65.9 μmoL/L) measured by sarcosine oxidase assay.Bias within 3.5％ or 6.63 μmol/L of creatinine levels was clinically acceptable.Statistical comparisons were made using Wilcoxon rank-sum test.Results There was significant difference of sarcosine oxidase-based serum creatinine levels between before and after one week administration of calcium dobesilate (P ＜ 0.05),while no significant differences were observed for deiminase-based serum creatinine levels,urea and estimated GFR values (P ＞ 0.05).Interference test showed that 95％ confidence interval of interventional value (Dobs) of calcium dobesilate (100 mg/L) was (-173.9 ± 2.86) μmol/L for the sarcosine oxidase assay and (1.21 ± 3.14) μmol/L for deiminase method,indicating that calcium dobesilate caused a significant negative effect on the former enzymatic assay but not the latter one.In the dose effect interference test of calcium dobesilate,the regression equations were:Y =-2.7649X-0.0782 (R2 =0.998,F =7943.4,P =0.000) for high creatinine levels and Y =0.0263X2-1.6394X-0.2754 (R2 =0.996,F =2546.7,P =0.000) for low creatinine levels.The interference effect was less than the predetermined d with the calcium dobesilate concentrations of 4.4 mg/L in high concentration specimen and 3.5 mg/L in low concentration specimen.Conclusions Calcium dobesilate has a significant negative interference with serum creatinine detected by the sarcosine oxidase method,which leads to the bias of creatinine in patients with renal insufficiency.Hence,sarcosine-oxidase-based creatinine levels should be cautious when calcium dobesilate was used,and further check with another assay is necessary if possible.

Objective To investigate the access to online health information in community residents.Methods The online health information behaviors in residents of 10 communities in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China, were in-vestigated with questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS 19 .0 .Results Of the community residents included in this in-vestigation, 25%were positive in access to online health information on general gate website and commercial health information service website, 74.34%showed their concern for food safety information, 52.30%focused their con-cern on disease symptom information, and 66.79%were unable to differentiate true information from false informa-tion.Conclusion The community residents have a low positivity and lack of awareness in access to online health in-formation.It is thus pressingly necessary to build the government-dominated online health information platform, and improve the commercial network model and the ability of community residents to differentiate true information from false information.

Objective To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and functional magnetic stimulation over spinal cord (SC-MS) on motor function recovery after spinal cord hemisection in rats. Methods T10 spinal cord hemisection model was made. The stimulation (5×10 s bursts of 5 Hz at 35% maximal stimulator output, each burst separated by a 2 m interval) was delivered daily, 5 d per week for 2 weeks. The treatment began at 4 d after surgery for rTMS group and SC-MS group. Motor function recovery was assessed with Basso, Beattie & Bresnahan locomotor rating scale (BBB) and the Horizontal Ladder test. The tibialis anterior was surgically removed at 38 d after spinal cord injury for calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) iummunohistochemical staining. Results The scores of BBB and Horizontal Ladder test were significantly more at 17 d after spinal cord hemisection in rTMS group than before treatment and in spinal cord injury group (P<0.05). In SC-MS group, the scores of BBB and Horizontal Ladder Test were significantly more 10 d after SCI than before treatment and in SCI group (P<0.05). The score of Horizontal Ladder test of SC-MS group was more 10 d after SCI than that in the rTMS gourp (P<0.05). The expression of CGRP on motor endplates of the tibialis anterior in rTMS group and SC-MS group were more than those of SCI group (P<0.01). Conclusion rTMS and SC-MS in acute stage can improve the motor function recovery and muscle plasticity after spinal cord hemisection in rats. The magnetic stimulation can facilitate the recovery of motor function after spinal cord hemisection in rats.

Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the evaluation of microwave ablation(MA)for liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with liver cancer who received MA at the General Hospital of PLA from November 2005 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.The MRI findings of 65 nodules before and after the treatment of MA were evaluated by serological examination and needle biopsy of liver.Results All patients received MRI within 1 month after MA.Of all nodules.63 were presented with high signal intensity on T_1-weighted images(T_1 WI)and low signal intensity on T_2-weighted images (T_2 WI)and with peripheral ring-like enhancement.They were diagnosed as complete coagulation necrosis,and the alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)level of the patients decreased from 333.83μg/L before MA to 37.68 μg/L after MA.Two nodules were presented with low signal intensity on T_1 WI and high signal intensity on T_2 WI,and they were diagnosed as local residual.All patients were followed up l month after MA,and 5 nodules showed enhancement with the same image characteristics as local residual.They were diagnosed as local recurrence of liver cancer by needle biopsy of liver and AFP level detection.New intrahepatic nodules in 23 patients and an abdominal nodule in 1 patient were detected with an increase of AFP level(mean,120.16 μg/L).Conclusion MRI Can exactly evaluate the efficacy of MA in the treatment of liver cancer.

Teaching information retrieval course in two phases for students of 8-year clinical medicine was de-scribed in aspects of its contents, organization, teaching material construction and examination methods.Its results were analyzed according to the written examination score, report on a special topic, group report and feedback of students.Measures were put forward for further improving the classroom teaching results, namely effective linking of teaching contents, careful section of retrieval topics, selection and training of teachers.

Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), a newly developing technique, contains function, anatomy and image, which makes the real-time, dynamic and non-invasive measurement of the functional brain imaging availability. This paper summarized the characteristics of fMRI in health and stroke populations, introduced the advances of fMRI in neuroplasticity, rehabilitation assessment and prognosis in hand movement dysfunction in patients with stroke, and discussed the difficulty fMRI faced in rehabilitation assessment and the further researches.

Objective To investigate the significance of Akt in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods Tissue specimens were obtained from involved and uninvolved skin of 30 patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin of 20 human controls.Immunohistochemistry.immunobloting and kinase activity assay were performed to detect the expressions of Akt and phosphorylated Akt as well as Akt activities in these specimens.Immunostaining intensity Was assessed by optical density detection and the results of immunobiot and activity assay by grey scanning.Statistical analyses were performed by variance analysis and student's t test.Results As immunohistochemistry revealed.there was no significant difierence in Akt protein expression among normal epidermis,psoriatic epidermis and uninvolved epidermis(F=0.611,P＞0.05):the level of phosphorylated Akt in psoriatic epidermis was significantly higher than that in normal epidermis and psoriatic uninvolved epidermis(F=19.081.P＜0.01).while no significant difierence was observed between normal epidermis and psoriatic uninvolved epidermis (t=0.624.P＞0.05).Immunoblot showed a significant difierence in phosphorylated Akt(t=237.75.P＜0.01)but not in Akt(t=1.378,P＞0.05)between psoriatic involved epidermis and normal epidermis.In comparison with normal epidermis,the activity of Akt in psoriatic involved epidermis was increased significantly(t=138.44 1.P＜0.0 1).Conclusion The overproliferation of psoriatic keratinocytcs may be associated with increased activation of Akt.

Objective To explore the role of Beclin 1 and PTEN in gastric caicinoma genesis and the effects on prognosis.Methods The expression of Beclin 1 and PTEN in 199 gastric caicinoma specimens and corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues were examined by tissue microarrays and immunohistochemistary,and the relation with gastric cancer was analyzed.The rate of Beclin 1 and PTEN expression in 15 fresh gastric carcinoma samples and corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues were detected by Western blot.All the samples were from Changzheng Hospital.Results The Results of immunohistochemistary showed that the rates of Beclin 1 and PTEN positive expression in cancinoma tissues were 47.2％ (94/199) and 55.8％ (111/199),both were lower than that of adjacent noncancinoma tissues (94.5％,188/199 and 92.5％,184/199; P ＜ 0.01).The lower expression of Beclin 1 and PTEN in gastric carcinoma were associated with gender,differentiation degree,depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastases and disease stage(P＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between Beclin 1 and PTEN expression in gastric carcinoma tissues (r =0.680,P＜0.01). The survival analysis indicated that Beclin 1 and PTEN were independent factors in determining the prognosis of gastric cancinoma patients.The 5-year survival rate of Beclin 1 positive patients was 67.0％ (63/94),and of negative patients was 33.3％ (35/105).The 5-year survival rate of PTEN positive patients was 71.2％ (79/111),and of negative patients was 21.6％ (19/88) ( all P＜0.001).The Results of Western blot indicated that the expression of Beclin 1 and PTEN in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly lower than that in the adjacent noncarcinoma tissues ( all P＜0.001).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Beclin 1 and PTEN may be related to carcinogenesis and the development of gastric carcinoma.
