Anti-D immunoglobulin effectively prevents RhD alloimmunity and has a low incidence of adverse reactions, which are generally mild. A consensus is yet to be reached regarding the clinical norms in China. We provide an overview of anti-D immunoglobulin in preventing RhD alloimmunity, including its mechanism of action, dose-effect, and safety, the timing and rationality of prenatal antibody screening, the timing and dosage of routine prenatal administration of anti-D immunoglobulin, as well as the prenatal indications for an additional dosage of anti-D immunoglobulin and postpartum prevention based on evidence from both domestic and abroad.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To explore the behavior characteristics in children with benign epilepsy combined with centro-temporal spikes(BECTS).Methods Eighty-two children with BECTS aged 2.5-3.0(2.65?2.31)years old,51 male,31 female, who were free of mental retardation assessed with Gesell developmental schedules, untreated with antiepileptic drugs, and were investigated 15 days after the latest seizure.Eighty-two healthy children with sex and age matched to the cases,53 male,29 female, aged 2.5-3.0(2.6?0.4)years old.The behavior characteristics of infants in BECTS group and control group were assessed with CBCL,including 6 behavior factors which were sleep problem, social flinches, depression, physical aspect, attacking, act of sabotage and the infants-middle school student social ability scale. Results The total scores of behavior characteristics and the scores of depression, sleep problem, attacking and act of sabotage in BECTS group were all higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant. However, scores of social flinches, and physical aspect in BECTS group had no significant differences compared with those of control group. There were no significant difference of social adaptive component between the BECTS and control group. Conclusions Children with BECTS have behavior disorders to some extent, but their social adaptive capacity are the same as normal children.

To understand the structure of the soluble region of Enterovirus 68 3A protein, we construct a prokaryotic expression vector expressing the soluble region of EV-D68 3A protein, and identify the forms of expression product after purification. The EV-D68 3A(1-61) gene was amplified by PCR and then cloned into the expression vector pET-28a-His-SUMO. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into Escherichia coli BL21 induced by IPTG to express the fusion protein His-SUMO-3A(1-61). The recombinant protein was purified by Ni-NTA Agarose and cleaved by ULP Protease to remove His-SUMO tag. After that, the target protein 3A(1-61) was purified by a series of purification methods such as Ni-NTA, anion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromato- graphy. Chemical cross-linking reaction assay was taken to determine the multiple polymerization state of the 3A soluble region. A prokaryotic expression vector pET28a-His-SUMO-3A(1-61) expressing the solution region of EV-D68 3A was successfully constructed and plenty of highly pure target proteins were obtained by multiple purification steps . The total protein amount was about 5 mg obtained from 1L Escherichia coli BL21 with purity > 95%. At the same time, those results determined the homomultimer form of soluble 3A construct. These data demonstrated that the expression and purification system of the soluble region of 3A were successfully set up and provide some basic konwledge for the research about 3A crystal structure and the development of antiviral drugs targeted at 3A to block viral replication.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(19):2682-2684
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii ,and to investigate the changing pattern of antimicrobial resistance of these strains isolated during 2012 - 2014 .Methods Strains of Pseud‐omonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from January 2012 to December 2014 were collected .Antimicrobial suscep‐tibility of clinical isolates was tested by Kirby‐Bauer method .Results In the past three years ,214 strains of Pseudomonas aerugino‐sa and 347 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated .The nosocomial infection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa decreased year by year ,while the Acinetobacter baumannii ′s increased .Most strains were isolated from sputum ,wound secretion and urine . The strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were distributed in various departments of the hospital .The detection rates of these strains were the highest in ICU ,respectively 27 .6% and 34 .9% .Both the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ceftazidime ,imipenem ,Amikacin and Acinetobacter baumannii to Piperacillin/Tazobactam and imipenem had in‐creased ,while the resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to polymyxin B had decreased with each passing year .Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii causes severe nosocomial infections and the antimicrobial resistance rates in‐creased ,especially the resistance rates to carbapenem are becoming more higher in recent years .Acinetobacter baumannii shows strong antibacterial activity in vitro to Polymyxin B .Therefore ,antimicrobial resistance surveillance should be strengthened to direct rational use of antibiotics .

Objective:To study the clinical features, experiences of diagnosis and treatment, and treatment process of ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor. Methods:The clinical materials of one case of ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literaturels were reviewed. Results:The patient displayed amenorrhea and masculine characteristics.Preoperative ultrasonography demonstrated the solid tumor of 53 mm ×39 mm on the right ovary, consideration for the right side of ovarian malignant tumor, and laparotomy was performed. The pathologic results showed that the tumor cells were arranged in nests, and the cytoplasm was bright or eosinophilic, and the nucleus were round or oval with nucleolus. The immunohistochemical staining results revealed that calretinin, vimentin and inhibin were positive in the tumor cells. The patient was diagnosed with ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor. The postoperative follow-up of 3 months was performed, and there was no recurrence. Conclusion:The diagnosis of ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor should be combined with the clinical manifestation and pathologic results, and operion is the main treatment method.
