Objective To discuss the clinical effect of transurethral cystitis glandularis electrocision combined with treating the diseases under bladder outlet in female. Methods One hundred and two female cases of cystitis glandularis who received transurethral electrical resection of the bladder mucosa combined with treating the diseases under bladder outlet were selected as experimental group, and another 78 female cases were selected as control group, who only received transurethral electrical resection of the bladder mucosa. The visual analogue score (VAS) was observed before and after a 12-week treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated by analysis of non parameter RIDIT.Results The operation time in experimental group and control group were 15-40 (26 ± 13) min and 8-19 (13 ± 5) min, respectively, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Two groups cases urinated smoothly after the removal of catheter, without the occurrences of urinary fistula and incontinence.During the 12-weeks of follow-up,44 cases were cured,31 cases improved,15 cases were effective and 12 cases unimproved in experimental group; 26 cases were cured,21 cases improved,16 cases were effective and 15 cases unimproved in control group. There was significant difference between two groups (R =0.576,95% CI0.519-0.633,P< 0.05).Conclusion Although the operation time is lengthened by transurethral cystitis glandularis electrocision combined with treating the diseases under bladder outlet in female, this method obviously improves curative effect.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has definitely clinical effect in treating hyperlipidemia, but the action mechanism still need to be explored. Based on consulting Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010), all the lipid-lowering Chinese patent medicines were analyzed by associated rules data mining method to explore high frequency herb pairs. The top three couplet medicines with high support degree were Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Crataegi Fructus, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Crataegi Fructus, and Polygoni Multiflori Radix-Crataegi Fructus. The 20 main ingredients were selected from the herb pairs and docked with 3 key hyperlipidemia targets, namely 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CoA reductase), peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-α (PPAR-α ) and niemann-pick C1 like 1 (NPC1L1) to further discuss the molecular mechanism of the high frequency herb pairs, by using the docking program, LibDock. To construct evaluation rules for the ingredients of herb pairs, the root-mean-square deviation (RMSD) value between computed and initial complexes was first calculated to validate the fitness of LibDock models. Then, the key residues were also confirmed by analyzing the interactions of those 3 proteins and corresponding marketed drugs. The docking results showed that hyperin, puerarin, salvianolic acid A and polydatin can interact with two targets, and the other five compounds may be potent for at least one of the three targets. In this study, the multi-target effect of high frequency herb pairs for lipid-lowering was discussed on the molecular level, which can help further researching new multi-target anti-hyperlipidemia drug.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2014;(5):374-376
Objective To evaluate the changes of urodynamics in female patients with diabetic cystopathy. Methods Fifty six female patients with diabetic cystopathy were enrolled in the study , including 31 cases with diabetic course <15 years ( groupⅠ) and 25 cases with diabetic course ≥15 years ( group Ⅱ) .Urodynamic examination was performed in all patients and the urodynamic parameters were compared between two groups. Results The average residual urine volume , the volume of first bladder sensation and the max bladder capacity in groups ⅠandⅡwere (35 ±16)ml and (65 ±24) ml,(220 ± 76)ml and (330 ±88) ml, (380 ±92) ml and (580 ±122) ml, respectively; 3 out 31 and 16 out of 25 patients in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed low compliance .The above indexes between two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.01).Conclusion Urodynamics can indicate the severity of functional damage of urinary bladder in patients with diabetic cystopathy .

Objective To study the mechanism of unscheduled Cyclin B1 expression at G_1 phase which is usually at G_2/M phase. Methods Human peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) from healthy volunteers were firstly activated by PHA and then went into cell cycle. The cells were collected at 0,36,48 and 60 h after activation and divided into two parts:one for Cyclins/DNA muhiparameter assay, and another for Post-sorting Western blot. Results After activation by PHA,Cyclin B1 and CDK1 of lymphocytes were expressed at G_1 phase. Conclusion Unscheduled Cyclin B1/CDKl probably contributes to lymphocytes in vivo into cell cycle.

There has been thousands of years' history that traditional Chinese medicines were used in the prevention and treatment of infectious disease. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine plays a unique role in the control of variety of new infectious diseases. This article provides a summary on our knowledge of the traditional Chinese medicine theory in the explanation of infectious disease, application of Chinese medicines and the pharmacological mechanism in the successful management on the Ebola virus disease.
