2.Role of DRP1 and OPA1 in hyperoxia induced lung injury of premature rats
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(1):83-85,89
Objective To investigate the role of DRP1 and OPA1 in the process of apoptotic in hyperoxia induced lung injury of premature rats .Methods 48 premature Wistar rats were divided into control group in which rats were exposed tO 210 ml .L 1 oxy-en ,and hyperoxia group in which Rats were exposed to 950 mL .L 1 oxyen .The lung tissues of 2 groups were gained on the first day ,the second day and the seventh day with which that all mice were killed by cutting neck .Section of lungs were stained with hea-toxylin eosin to observe the pathological changes ,the protein expression in the lung cells which were linked with the change of plas-tosome ,then the premature rat lung tissue apoptosis in each group were evaluated .Results Compored with the contnx group ,the expression level of OPA1 in the hyperoxia group began to decrease on the first day and apparently decreased to the buttom line on the seventh day .On the other hand ,DRP1 in hyperoxia group began to increase on the first day ,while reached the summit on the seventh day .A few of TUNEL positive cells began to increase with time dependence .A lot of TUNEL positive cells could be found in hyperoxia group ,and the apoptotic index reached the peak on the 7 d .There is a significantly positive correlation between the cell apoptosis and the ratio change of DRP1 and OPA1 in high oxygen group(r=0 .725 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion The classical pathologic characters of lung injury were found out in hyperoxia group ,and it changed obviously with time .

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1997;0(06):-
Objective To study the difference between central and peripheral position of contrast gray-scale imaging in rabbit′s liver. Methods Ultrasound contrast agent(UCA) SonoVue TM ( 0.1 ml/kg) was applied respectively in 8 normal rabbits by intravenous bolus injection.Corresponding parameters of the time-intensity curve: time to enhancement(ET),time to peak intensity(PIT),peak signal intensity(PSI),mean transit time(MTT) and area under the curve(AUC) were measured using low mechanical index contrast gray-scale imaging and Wash-in/Wash-out time intensity curve software. Results There was significant difference of parameters of the time-intensity curve between central position and peripheral position of parenchyma ( P

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(07):-
Objective To study the relationship between doses of ultrasound contrast agent(UCA) and contrast-enhancement effects of gray-scale imaging in rabbit liver. Methods Ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue TM in eight different doses ( 0.02 - 0.16 ml/kg) was applied respectively in five normal rabbits in randomized order as a bolus in a marginal ear vein followed by a 1.5 ml saline flush. Corresponding parameters of the time-intensity curve: time to enhancement(ET),time to peak intensity(PIT),peak signal intensity(PSI),mean transit time(MTT) and area under the curve(AUC) were measured using low mechanical index contrast gray-scale imaging and Wash-in/Wash-out time intensity curve software package. Results Along with an increase of the SonoVue TM dose, the MTT and the AUC increased exponentially, and the ET decreased exponentially. The PSI of portal vein and liver parenchyma increased only in the dose range from 0.02 ml/kg to 0.10 ml/kg ( r = 0.89 and 0.92 ,respectively),and decreased with a further increase of the UCA dose. A possible explanation for this effect is the bubble saturation and attenuation. No significant correlation was found between the UCA dose and the PIT( r = -0.35 and 0.22 ,respectively). Conclusions The parameters of time-intensity curve are influenced intensely by different UCA dose. It is important to grasp the relationship between the UCA doses and contrast-enhancement effects for microcirculatory quantification. The 0.10 ml/kg appears to be the optimal dose for tissue perfusion studying because it significantly improved videointensity and duration of enhancement and did not result in the bubble saturation and attenuation.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the possible mechanisms of teratogenesis caused by passive smoking, temporospatial changes in surface carbohydrates of the embryonic neural epithelium and the mesenchyme around it were explored. Methods The pregnant golden hamsters were randomly divided into the treated group and the control groups. In the chamber made by ourself for passive smoking experiment, the animals of the treated group were exposed to smoke from embryonic day 4 to 7, 3 times per day for 4 consecutive days. At twelve o'clock and eighteen o'clock of embryonic day 8, eight o'clock of embryonic day 9 and eight o'clock of embryonic day 10 respectively, the pregnant golden hamsters of both treated group and control group were sacrificed, the uteri were removed and embedded routinely with paraffin, sectioned transversely in series. The sections of each group were stained with immunohistochemical ABC method and concannavalin agglutinin (ConA) and ulex europaeus agglutinin (UEA) were used as molecule probes to conduct the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fibronectin and the related surface carbohydrates of the embryonic neural epithelium and the mesenchyme around it. Results During embryonic day 8 to10 of golden hamsters fibronectin reduced(F=30.168,P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of various materials used in the reconstruction of mandibular defects retrospectively. Methods: 467 patients with mandibular defects were treated with various implantation materials during last 30 years and 395 of them were followed up.Results: 217 were satisfied with their mouth opening, occlusion and maxillofacial contour after sugery, 189 of them had bone transplanation and 28 had non biomateria transplantaion; 91 were partly satisfied, 72 of them had bone trasplantation and 19 had non biomateria; 87 were not satisfied, 11 of them had bone trasplantation and 76 had non biomaterial. Conclusion: Bone especially auto bone transplantation is more effective than non biomaterial in the reconstruction of mandibular deffects.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Peperomia dindygulensis. Methods Chromatography was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents, their structures were identified by spectral analyses. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as bis-(2-methoxy-4, 5-methylenedioxy)-benzophenone (Ⅰ), peperomin B (Ⅱ), peperomin C (Ⅲ), 5-hydroxy-4′, 7, 8-trimethoxy flavone (Ⅳ), 5-hydroxy-3′, 4′, 7, 8-tetramethoxy flavone (Ⅴ), 5, 3′-dihydroxy-4′, 7, 8-trimethoxy flavone (Ⅵ), ?-sitosterol (Ⅶ), hexadecanoic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound named as dindygulensin. All compounds, except Ⅴ, are isolated from P. dindygulensis for the first time.
