1.CD133 and target therapy of tumor stem cells
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(9):661-664
CD133 is a stem cell surface antigen that has been recently identified as a potential cancer stem cell marker. CD133 is expressed in many solid tumors and has been associated with tumor resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. As a transmembrane glycoprotein, CD133 received much attention as a molecular marker in targeted therapy of tumor stem cells and will bring new hope to cancer therapy.

3.Curative effect of Qingre Zhiyang Lotion combined with watermelon frost spray in the treatment of perianal ulcers
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(2):28-30
Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Zhiyang Lotion combined with watermelon frost spray in the treatment of perianal ulcers. Methods 100 patients with perianal ulcers were randomly divided equally into the control group and the observation group.Besides routine medication and nursing, the former and the latter received dressings with MEBO ointment and Qingre Zhiyang Lotion combined with watermelon frost spray, respectively.A week later,a comparison was done between the groups in terms of curative effect and healing time.Result The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than the that in control group(P<0.01)and the healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Qingre Zhiyang Lotion combined with watermelon frost spray is effective in the treatment of perianal ulcers and can shorten the treatment time.

5.Association between tracheal epitheliums and bronchitis obliterans following lung transplantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(5):911-914
Lung transplantation is the only effective treatment for final stage pneumonopathy. However, bronchitis obliterans, as the main of complication, can prevent the long term survival after lung transplantation. Tracheal epithelium cell is the main target organ of the tardive reject reaction. This paper briefly explains the immunologic mechanism regarding the development of bronchitis obliterans, and the role of tracheal epithelium cell in the study, with aim of exploring the initial relationship between tracheal epithelium cell and bronchitis obliterans, and to find a method to solve the long-term survival of lung transplantation.
6.Regulation Effects of Oleanolic Acid on the Mitochondrial Nitric Oxide Synthase in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells with Oxidative Damage
China Pharmacy 2015;(19):2617-2620
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regulation effects of oleanolic acid on the mitochondrial nitric oxide synthase(mt-NOS) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) with oxidative damage. METHODS:HUVECs in exponential phase were divided into normal group, model group and oleanolic acid low, medium and high dose groups(5,20 and 35 μmol/L). After drug acting for 24 h,all groups were given culture solution containing 100 μg/ml ox-LDL to reproduce oxidative damage except normal group. CCK-8 was used to detect cell viability. The mitochondria in cells were extrated, enzyme chemical method was used to detect mtNOS activity and mtNO content, fluorescence microplate method was used to detect fluorescence intensity of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and western blot was used to detect expression of cytochrome C(Cyto-C). RESULTS:Compared with nor-mal group, the cell viability in model group was decreased;mtNOS activity,mtNO content,ROS fluorescence intensity and Cy-to-C protein expression were increased, with significant differences (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the cell viability in oleanolic acid low, medium and high dose groups was increased;mtNOS activity,mtNO content,ROS fluorescence intensity and Cyto-C protein expression were decreased, with significant differences(P<0.05),and they had positive correlation with concentra-tions. CONCLUSIONS:Oleanolic acid can decrease the mtNOS activity of HUVECs,reduce the production of mtNO and Cyto-C, by a mechanism that may be related to the decrease of ROS expression.
7.MRI imaging features of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study MRI features of solid-pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas(SPTP).Methods MR findings of 3 patients with histopathologically proven SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean diameter of these tumors was 4.5cm(3.5~8cm).One tumor was predominantly composed of cystic portions,2 tumors were composed of predominantly solid and some cystic portions.Fibrous septa was seen in cystic area in 1 case. One cystic tumor showed low signal intensities on T1WI and high singal intensities T2WI.The solid portions of mass showed moderate hypointensity on T1WI,and moderate hyperintensity on T2WI,and heterogeneous obvious enhancement on T1WI MRI in 2 cases. Conclusion There are some characteristics in MRI manifestation of SPTP.The disease might be correctly diagnosed combined with the clinical feature, and should be differentiated from nonfunctioning islet cell tumor, mucinous cystadenoma or cystcarcinoma of the pancreas, etc.
8.Oxidative stress - mitochondrial dysfunction and the relationship with retinal ganglion cell apoptosis
International Eye Science 2015;(2):238-241
Mitochondria play an important role in energy ( ATP ) production through oxidative phosphorylation pathway and the regulation of cell death by apoptosis. Mitochondrial dysfunction has been implicated in the pathophysiology of a number of neurodegenerative diseases. Glaucoma as a neurodegenerative disorder, mitochondrial oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of glaucoma and the damage of RGCs has received close attention in recent years. ln this article, we reviewed the current evidences and recent advances in the relationship between mitochondrial oxidative stress and the RGCs apoptosis.
9.Clinical application of the da vinci robotic system for lung cancer
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(7):974-978
For early-stage lung cancer, the treatment is given priority to surgery. As a new approach of minimally invasive surgery,three-dimensional and high definition view, and better dexterity robotic platform and tremor filtering system are the main advantages of da vinci robot compared to video-assisted thoracic surgery. In recent years, the technique of robot surgery has become more and more mature and has already been used in the treatment for lung cancer. However, its safety and postoperative outcomes should be evaluated in detailed. As a consequence, the comparison of robotic,video-assisted thoracic surgery and thoracotomy surgery for lung cancer has become a hot spot in recent clinical research.
10.Role of Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha Monoclonal Antibody in Cell Apoptosis after Combined Liver and Kidney Transplantation in Rats
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the potential role of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-?) in apoptosis after combined liver and kidney transplantation in rats. Methods Eighty rats which had combined liver and kidney transplantation were randomly paired, were divided into study group (n=20) and control group (n=20). 40 ml of 4 ℃ sodium chloride and anti-TNF-? monoclonal antibody (30 ml was infused from portal veins to donated livers and 10 ml from renal arteries to donated kidneys) were infused to the study group (0.1 mg/kg weight),and the same quantity of 4 ℃ sodium chloride was infused the control group. Venous blood was drew at different phases after the transplantations to detect the function of kidney and liver. The level of TNF-? and the cell apoptosis were detected in the transplanted tissues of liver and kidney by ELISA and terminal deoxynucleotidy transferase mediated dTUP-biotin nick-end labeling (TUNEL). Results The levels of AST, ACT, Cr and BUN in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same phases (P
