Objective To evaluate the effect of the assessment of intervention of rational use and special initiative of antineoplastic Chinese patent medicine in tumor ward of Nantong First People’s Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the hospital”); To facilitate the rational use of medicine in clinical setting. Methods Medical records of discharged patients in April and October 2015 were collected, and various types of irrational use of Chinese patent medicine was analyzed and put into statistical analysis. Results The proportion of medical records of irrational use of Chinese patent medicine declined from 39.45% to 18.49%; the percent of irrational prescription order sheet declined from 11.49%to 3.45%;the differences of variors irrational medicine use before and after the intervention were statistically significant. Conclusion The status of the rational use of antineoplastic Chinese patent medicine in tumor ward is improved after half-year special intervention and correction initiative.

Purpose:To study the efficacy and the side ef fe ct of morphine controlled-release tablets plus diclofenac sodium in the treatme nt of pain of metastatic bone carcinoma. Methods:69 patients with pain were randomly divided into two gr oups. Group Ⅰ was treated only with morphine controlled-release tablets (30 mg ,q 12 h),GroupⅡ with morphine controlled-release tablets (30 mg,q 12 h) and diclofenac sodium (100 mg,q 12 h). Recently,considerable progress has been made in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),especially in the clinical use of new immunosuppressive agents,which leads to improved remission rate and life quality.However,plasmapheresis still shows to be necessary in severe lupus with serious complications.With the development of plasmapheresis technology,the efficiency and specificity of antibody adsorption being improved significantly,it played an important role in the treatment of acute stage life-threaten lupus.Here we intend to make a review on the relative improvement of plasmapheresis technology and its clinical use.

Objective To prepare a targeted ultrasound micro bubble,which carried the HSV-TK gene,and investigate the in vitro target searching ability of the micro bubbles and inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2 cells.Methods Ultrasonic micro bubbles were prepared by mechanical vibration method,construction of targeted HSV-TK ultrasound micro bubbles by biotin affinity bridge construction.To detect the general characteristics of ultrasound micro bubbles,and to test its effect on the proliferation of HepG2 cells in vitro.Results HSV-TK targeted ultrasound microbubbles more gathered on the surface of HepG2 cells,through detection of PCNA and MTT,it was found that the proliferation of gene targeting microbubble group was obviously decreased,cell apoptosis increased significantly,Cells invade experiments showed that the number of cells in genetic microbubble group (22.18 ± 2.01) decreased significantly compared with the control group and the nontargeted group,can effectively inhibit the proliferation and invasive ability of HepG2 cells.Conclusion Targeted ultrasound microbubble carrying target gene have better inhibitory effect on HepG2 cells in vitro.

Objectives:The present study in vestigated the presence and significance of serum antibody against human myocardial mitochondria in patients with virus myocarditis (VMC) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). 　　Methods:The human myocardial mitochondtia were used as antigen to detect serum autoantibody by immuno-dot blot in 29 VMC patients,24 DCM patients,33 patients with other cardiac (OCD) and 20 healthy blood donor (HBD).The antigen molecular weight was detected by Western blot. 　　Results:①Positive autoantibody against human myocardial mitochordria was found in 41.4% in VMC and 41.7% in DCM patients,which were much higher than 6.1% in OCD or 0% in HBD patients.②Cardiac troponin T was elevated in 43.8% of autoantibody-positive VMC and DCM patients,which was much higher than 12.0% in autoantibody-negative VMC and DCM patients (p＜0.05).③The antigen molecular weight of human myocardial mitochondria was 30KD. 　　Conclusions:①The presence of autoantibody against supports that concept that is responsible for the development of VMC and DCM.Autoantibody is one of the factors that give rise to cardiac injury.The antibody detection may serve as a diagnostic index for VMC and DCM.②The specific antigen is probably human myocardial adenine nucleotide translocator.
